A fantastic example of a vintage Anglepoise 1209 lamp by Herbert Terry & Sons.
An iconic design classic featuring a heavy cast iron base in the original 'wrinkle' paint & 'tulip' shade, clean, unmolested & exceptionally original in every way.
This heavy duty or 'industrial' version of the 1209, characterised by its heavier base, shorter arms & shorter lower springs, it was generally more robust than the domestic version & was popular in laboratories & industrial settings.
An exceptional example of a timeless classic.
Rewired in twisted black flex.
