A huge Victorian reading chair.
A super 19th century English reading chair of grand scale, horsehair filled, raised on shapely legs & castors and finished with a removable articulated mahogany & brass book stand to the arm.
A wonderful & highly unusual example.

Completely fresh to the market from a large country house in Cambridgeshire & in good but totally unrestored condition. Current uholstery is passable though lightly maked & worn in places, strapping under the seat could do with being tightened though is again passable & the front left leg has an area of historic restoration area of a few millimeters above the castor (see last image).
