A large oak boulangerie counter.
A beautiful counter, the large solid oak base below two full length glass shelves supported by early brass brackets topped with ornate finials. The two twin sliding door cupboards with panelled doors & shelved interiors retain their original inset handles & the ends are panelled in a similar fashion.
A handsome, versatile & very unusual piece of furniture.
Mid 20th century
Wear commensurate with age, solid & displays beautifully, some wear & tear to the brass shelf supopiorts as pictured though the heavy glass shelves are comforably supported. Glass & shelf rods later replacements, measurements above are overall dimensions, counter top 90cm high.
