An early brass gimbal lamp.
A wonderful nautical brass gimbal lamp with a the base supporting an articulated arm & counterweight, retaining it's original 'matchstick' lamp holder. A handsome, high quality cabin light which can be used as both a wall or a table lamp.
Rewired in twisted black flex.
1920's, likely manufactured by McGeoch of Glasgow
Wear commensureate with age as pictured, good condition overall.
