A large Jefferson Moonstone glass plafonnier light.
A beautiful fluted opaque glass shade supported by its original gilt brass gallery & hanging chains. Manufactured by & marked Jefferson, the unrivalled manufacturer of Moonstone glass who supplied both the British & American market.
Early 20th century
Wear commensurate with age, one or two very minor chips around the top rim, all of which are hidden from view by the gallery once the light is assembled. The chains & ceiling rose with which it came will be included free of charge though may need updating according to requirements, braided three core flex & lamp holders available on request.
Measurements above include the gallery but not the chains & the overall drop with the current chains & rose is 55cm approx.
