A small & highly unusual vintage industrial lamp by Dugdills.
A wonderful example, a rare scaled down version of the more common larger lamp in its original factory grey paint with its original green & white enamel shade. Likely used in a military truck used by the Royal Signalling Corps during World War 2, now rewired in twisted black flex for domestic use.
