A phenomenal antique shop display cabinet for Fry's Chocolate.
A beautiful & extremely rare glazed advertising cabinet in the original ebonised finish, topped with its magnificent etched milk glass pediment with beautifully carved & gilded surround. The sliding rear doors retain their original mirrored interiors, the two thick glass shelves sit on brass brackets & the front lower edge is deeply carved & gilded with 'J S Fry & Sons Ltd'. Fresh onto the market & exceptionally original in every way.A truly remarkable survivor.

Late 19th / early 20th century

Wear commensurate with age, excellent overall showing a few pleasing signs of its past in the retail industry, no damage to glazing, mirrors or pediment, removable glass shelves have one or two irrelevant nicks.
