A wonderful & extremely rare antique barber's display cabinet for Gillette Safety Razors.
A beautiful Edwardian advertising cabinet with reverse painted glass pediment & etched & gilded advertising to both the pediment & hinged lid. The interior retains its original milk glass lining & the woodwork has a great age related colour & patina.
Early 20th Century
Wear commensurate with age, good solid condition with loss to the reverse painting in the pediment. Gilt work still very clear & vibrant, one small crack to the side panel joint & an age related split to the back, no damage to glass.
