A fantastic early vintage Hadrill Horstmann 'Pluslite' magnifying lamp.
An unmistakable industrial design classic featuring the iconic counterbalance mechanism, factory paintwork and articulated magnifying lens. The large counterweight is suspended in a cast bracket cast with the 'HH' monogram & the shade retains its gilt maker's transfer. This lamp is a particularly early example & comes in exceptionally original condition.
Rewired in twisted black flex.
Early 1930's
Wear commensurate with age as pictured, very good overall, a couple of small chips to the glass lens as pictured. Height measurement is taken at full stretch.
