A beautiful early antique cast iron strong box / safe.
A wonderful example in thick cast iron throughout, the door adorned the crown, 'R' & the military issue broad arrow in relief.
Flanked by large carry handles & another to the door which is finished with a hinged lock escutcheon.

Wear commensurate with age, good overall, unrestored with no key though the door is open & the lock is present. Staffordshire Bull Terrier not included but I'll always listen to offers...
