A beautiful & very unusual antique glass Saloon Bar sign.
A superb & early piece of advertising featuring milk glass lettering behind a clear glass panel in it's original wooden frame. Flanked by two scrolling cast iron mounting brackets & in the original painted finish with a wonderful patina. A rare & decorative item displaying some fine workmanship.
Early 20th century
Wear commensurate with age, very good overall. One of the cast iron brackets has a small section missing to one end as detailed in the last image.
