A monumental reclaimed architectural Corpus Christi in lead.
A large, beautifully cast & detailed example which would have adorned the exterior wall of a church or chapel, unusually cast in lead & retaining traces of the original gilt paintwork.
A superb example & very decorative piece of architectural salvage..
19th century.
Wear commensurate with age as pictured, untouched original condition, very good overall. Around 30kg in weight.
