A beautiful example of an antique turned wooden wig stand. 
A wonderful, tactile piece of excellent form, the turned base supporting a tapering upright finished with a large spherical top.
Likely late 19th century.
Wear commensurate with age, good overall & displays beautifully. Has had a little work over the years & has one filled crack to the rear of the top which does not detract.
