An original & scarce survivng example of an antique tole advertising clock for St Raphael Quinquina aperitif.
A superb antique advertising clock in pressed tin & all original paint in some wonderful eye catching colours, retaining its original pendulum movement & key. An absolute stunner, perfect for the kitchen, cafe, bar or restaurant!
Early 20th Century.
Wear commensurate with age, in good unrestored condition. The clock works but could do with a service, it does tend to stop & start but we have had it running for a few hours. As with all early wall clocks, the movement is very sensitive & the clock will need to be positioned just right on the wall in order to run smoothly.
