A beautiful bank of twelve antique apothecary drawers.
A fantastic bank of pharmacy drawers with bevelled glass labels & glass handles, formerly used in 'Taylors Cash Chemist' of Bromsgrove.
In wonderfully original condition with an excellent depth of colour, the gilt & red finishing to the labels remains vivid & the interior of the drawers still have some charming old chemist labels attached.
Early 20th century.
Minimum wear commensurate with age, in comparitively excellent unrestored condition.
The drawers never originally had a back panel as they would have been against a wall as part of a fitted chemist interior, they therefore have a later back & the old joints in one end are visible where they were previously joined to another unit. The labels are in good order with some expected aging to a few & one very small chip to one. Unrestored, indide of drawers could be cleaned further.
