A beautiful & unusual antique glass chemists advertising carboy.
A stunning carboy which would have been filled with colourful liquid & graced a chemist window as part of an eye catching advertising display.  Hand blown & of very unusual form, raised on circular base & retaining its original cut glass stopper.
A wonderful example, displays beautifully.
Early 20th Century
Wear commensurate with age, carboy itself very good with a small amount of wear around the inner neck, the stopper has some light damage to the lower part consisting of a shallow chip / crack. This is not obvious once in place can very easily be placed out of sight, please see iamges.
Height measurement includes stopper.
