An original & scarce survivng example of an antique advertising clock for Milkmaid Milk. A superb & highly original antique advertising clock, featuring a timber carcass, original clockwork movement & pressed tin surround, all in original paint. The paintwork has a wonderful age related patina, the tin face with Roman numerals & hands are original to the clock & the carcass retains its original paper label to the rear. An absolute stunner, perfect for the kitchen!

Wear commensurate with age, in beautiful unrestored condition. Supplied with original pendulum & vintage replacement key by Smiths. The clock has had a service & works perfectly keeping good time. As with all early wall clocks, the movement is sensitive & the clock will need to be positioned just right on the wall in order to run smoothly.
