A small vintage advertising mirror for Ledicotts Barley Grapefruit Softdrink, 'The New Beauty Secret'. A fantastic early advertising mirror, the tin frame embelished with the Ledicotts branding & a couple of typically questionable advertising claims including, 'Clears The Complexion' & 'It Slims'. Ledicotts Barely Grapefruit would have been stocked primarily in chemists alongside the Lucazade & other 'healthy softdrinks & the mirror wouls most likely have been displayed behind the counter in such a chemist. A great, unusual & decorative little mirror.
