A fantastic example of an early vintage leather dog collar. A wonderfully well made & hansome piece in thick leather, studded with a single row of large chrome plated brass studs with two smaller rows along either edge. Retains its original name plate which has never been engraved with a name & the buckle is fully functional. Displays beautifully.
Early to mid 20th century.
Wear commensurate with age & use, good untouched overall condition with some wear to the chrome on the studs & some very light surface corrosion top the buckle. 62cm in length once open.
