Pair of Lab Lamps

A pair of laboratory counter lamps.
A wonderful pair of articulated lamps designed for use in a laboratory, featuring triangular cast metal stepped bases, original grey paintwork & tulip style shades. 
Likely made by C & D Scientific Instruments, great to get a matching pair like this which would make fab bedsides!
Rewired in twisted black flex.
1950's / 60's

Wear commensurate with age as pictured, very good overall,with the usual light wear & marking to the paintwork, two threaded screws to the uprights appear to be later but all work as they should. We recommend using a low-heat bulb due to the metal shades.
