Bestlite lamps are an iconic part of Great British design & are in fact still produced today, designed by Robert Dudley Best, the range has been in continuous production since 1930. Developed at the end of the Bauhaus movement, the lamps utilitarian forms and clean lines are strong nod toward the period & have stood the test of time like many other timeless Bauhaus inspired designs.
Rewired in twisted black flex.

Wear commensurate with age, good overall, cosmetically unrestored with an excellent patina. The lamp extends to a maximum of 152cm in height & the upright is 120cm high.
