A charming & unusual piece of social history, block printed in a nice early font by Hughes & Son Printers of Wrexham & set in its original oak frame.
Highlighting the innocence of a bygone era when one of the issues the Town Clerk (Lawson Taylor, who held the position in 1918) had to deal with was the age of the people using the swings!

Wear commensurate with age, very good overall with a little ageing to the card. Will need new fixings to hang.
