A beautiful pair of delicately carved wooden hands featuring some amazing detail, articulated at the thumb, forefinger & wrist, supported by their original forearms, again articulated joints.
A beautiful pair & not something which turns up very often!
Early 20th century.
Wear commensurate with age, good condition overall with one old repair to one of the fingers & a few sporadic woodworm holes.
The measurements refer to the arms & hands fully extended, the hands excluding the arms are arouns 11cm x 5cm x 4cm.
