A wonderful Anglo Indian room screen.
A beautiful example, delightfully untouched with good colour, the four hinged panels filled with some wonderfully detailed & delicate floral & geometric variations of traditional Indian fretwork panels.
A superb & highly unusual example.
1900 / 1910 in date
Each panel is around 37cm wide, above width dimension refers to it 'flat-out'.
Wear commensurate with age, good overall & diaplays beautifully. The top sections have sustained a little damage over the years (detailed last image) & there are a few old repairs here & there wjhich do nothing to detract.
