A wonderful time-worn childs 'cyclo rower'.
A charming & well-used childs ride-on with studded metalwork, beautifully wiorn factory paint & a phenomenal untouched patina.
The (presumably rather brave) rider would 'row' the two removable handles which in turn moved the chain drive underneath, propelling them along while steering with their feet. In its day this would have been great fun but absolutely lethal & I'd imagine it's seen its fair share of horrific accidents, today it just makes a wonderful decorative piece & was something I just had to own.
Probably French & 1930's
Wear commensurate with age, totally untouched showing numerous signs of age & use, solid with the only real structural wear to the the front wheel hub which remains firmly attached. Displays beautifully.
