A large & exquisite antique glass hall lantern.
A beautiful & exceptionally original survivor with a copper frame, glass panels, topped with an exquisite array of scrolling leaves in the form of a crown. The copper framework is finished with a spiralled trim & retains a good untouched patina with one panel hinged to provide access to the inside. A wonderful item.

Wear commensurate with age, good overall, all glass perfect & original.
This lantern would have originally have been lit by a single candle & as we wanted to keep it completely original, it has not been converted for electrical use but can be supplied with a length of period style flex, a cord grip & a brass lamp holder at no extra cost (as the wiring simply threads through the top, this type of lantern can also be used with existing light fixtures with little effort).
All electrical items should be checked and / or installed by a qualified electrician prior to use.
Collection in person preferred due to the fragile nature of the glass though a UK courier service may be possible, please enquire for details.
