An original vintage brass Bauhaus desk lamp.
A beautifully simple desk or table lamp of excellent form, all brass with a large shade, curved supporting arm & on / off switch to the base. Designed by Egon Hillebrand & with a good untouched age related patina.
1940's / 50's
Wear commensurate with age, very good overall, cosmetically unrestored, wired in twisted black flex.
As a portion of the wiring runs through the upper part of the shade, this lamp should be used only with low heat bulbs & not a high power filament bulb. All electrical items should be checked and / or installed by a qualified electrician prior to use.
UK courier service available at £12 tracked & signed for 24 hour delivery.
