SOLD

A 19th century verdigris copper wall lantern.
A delightfully original survivor in beautifully patinated copper with the most wonderful natural verdigris, glazed to the front & sides & topped with a vented chimney.
A super example of good scale, I don't come across many like this.
French c1860
Wear commensurate with age, good overall, mercifully cosmetically unrestored, as is usually the case, the back panel has a few holes previously used for power supply though do not detract once wall mounted (would have been gas originally). Fitted with a modern bayonet lamp fitting, this can be wired prior to dispatch on request.
All electrical items should be checked and / or installed by a qualified electrician prior to use.
UK courier service possible, please enquire for details.
