A 'Luminator' Parisian uplighter floor lamp.
An early example of truly exceptional colour with a large brass base & upright supporting the most wonderful shaped, inverted brass shade which is flanked by twin lamp holders. Finished with a pressed metal makers plaque to the reflector inside the shade, a super lamp of excellent form.
1920's
Wear commensurate with age, good overall, cosmetically unrestored with an excellent patina.
The lamp is in working order however the original double switch to the base has been bypassed when it was rewired (purchased rewired but wiring recent) so the three lamp holders all now work from the same inline switch (would need a rewire if you wanted them to work independantly again but removing the bulbs from the outer lamp holder does gives the smae result so we left it as is).
