A turn-of-the-century bank of drawers.
An interesting & unusual bank of drawers bursting with character, in solid pine throughout, finished with flush brass handles & heavy duty iron banding.
The drawers were once used by Royal Mail in one of their goods train carriages & probably had a locking panel to the front originally so would likely have held valuable or important mail or documents.
A timeless & useful piece of industrial furniture.
Wear commensurate with age, solid, ready to use & displays well though unrestored and riddled with character, a couple of old reapirs & an arsea of woodworm to the base, long dead and treated as a precaution.
UK courier service possible, please enquire for details.
