A beautiful primitive antique chopping block.
A wonderful example raised on three legs supporting a thick, heavy round top turned from a single lump of wood (probably elm) & finished with an iron band. With a fantastic grain, patina & depth of colour & some superb turned detail to the block itself. A super piece which would also make a great side table.

Wear commensurate with age, good overall showing pleasing signs of age & use, nice & solid, historic woodworm treated as a precaution.
