A set of 19th century grocers shelves by Parnall & Sons.
A beautiful & exceptionally rare set of grocers shelves in the finest mahogany with a thick marble base & turned column supports, finished with a Ivorine Parnall maker's plaque.
Parnall & Sons were established in 1820 by William Parnall & by the 1880's were the largest shop fitting company in England.
A superb & extremely scarce antique shop fitting, perfect for the kitchen!
Wear commensurate with age, showing minor signs of its past in the retail industry, excellent overall & displays well. I have left this piece completely unrestored, it would no doubt polish up well but personally I like it just the way it is.
Collection preferred, UK courier service possible, please enquire for details.
