A 19th century mahogany window seat / hall bench.
A elegant & unusual example of good scale, raised on ring turned legs with a shapely seat area & very good colour to the timbers all around. Fresh to the market & from a large country house, would work equally well as a window seat or hall bench & perfect for a narrow area.
Wear commensurate with age, good overall, ready to use & wants for nothing, one old repair to the rear timber below the seat, can't be seen from the front & doesn't detract.
