Lyons Cakes Bakers Display Cabinet

A vintage bakers display cabinet for Lyons Cakes.
A scarce surviving all glass advertising cabinet with sliding rear doors, original milk glass base & (very often absent) shelf and chrome brackets & corners. The front panel is deeply reverse-etched with the Lyons Cakes logo, the shelf is removable & all galzing is original.
A wonderful  & exceptionally original survivor which is still very usable in the kitchen.
1950's
Wear commensurate with age, showing numerous pleasing signs of its past in the retail industry, good condition overall. The glass has a few minor nibbles & imperfections here & there, the very worst of which is a small chip to the front left corner which doesn't detract in the slightest (detailed last image).
