A beautiful antique leather gym bench.
A wonderful & unusual example, the thick leather clad legs supporting generous top in thick hide. With phenomenal colour & patina, the legs are telescopic offering a good range of height & capped with large cast metal feet.
A hansome & versatile piece of furniture, one of the nicer examples I've come across.
Mid 20th century
Wear commensurate with age, cosmetically unrestored, the few old repairs and wear & tear to the leather which only serve top add character. One leg a little stiff but all do extend as pictured, measurements above refer to overall dimensions with the bench at it's lowest, top alone, 131cm x 45cm.
