A antique cello stool.
With a beautifully cast iron tripod base in the original painted finish, height adjustable swivel mechanism & seat in the brass studded velvet upholstery.
A wonderful little stool, even if don't have a cello!
Late 19th century.
Wear commensurate with age, good overall with the odd light mark to the upholstery.
The height adjustment works as it should but as with all this type of stools, it is stable at low height but a little wobbly at full extension.
Seat 32cm square & height ranges from 50cm to 60cm approx.
