An exceptional antique jewellers display cabinet.
A beautiful, early counter-top display case of the absolute highest quality, the bull nose frame in the original ebonized finish & glazed in all original, thick, plate-glass panels. The rear door features retains it's original mirrored plate to the inside and the interior base is fitted with it's original blue baize & finished with a makers plaque for Arthur Hawkes of Leicester. The original, single glass shelf sits on adjustable cast metal brackets & the patina to the ebonized finish is outstanding. One of the best display cabinet's I've ever seen.
