An exceptional 19th century Parisian oak artist's easel.
A wonderful & robust example, double sided & in thick solid oak of the highest quality. Raised on its original solid brass castors, the iron handles either side wind to adjust the height & the upper section comes with its original optional extension. Awash with signs of real quality & finished with several Parisian makers stamps.

Wear commensurate with age, very good overall & fully functional.
Maximum height (excluding the optional extension) approx 275cm, base 60cm x 75cm & height at top of static uprights 146cm.
