A huge illuminated antique factory clock.
A fantastic industrial clock with a crisp clear face in retaining it's original hands & deep metal case in it's original painted finish. Illuminated from within by four bulbs with an access door to the base & four large iron mounting brackets to the rear.
A very impressive piece of Great British industrial design.
Mid 20th century
Wear commensurate with age, cosmetically unrestored showing a few signs of it's industrial past, solid with all over wear & tear & a couple of very small holes in the case, now fitted with a modern quartz (battery) movement which keeps good time. Height / width measurement above refers to the case only & does not include the brackets, inner face is thick perspex, outer is glass.
