A wonderful & very unusual pair of early handpainted fairground signs.
Beautiful, double sided antique fairground signs boasting some fantastic traditional sign writing skills. On solid hardwood, the colours remain punchy with the gilt letering aged to perfection & both retain their original iron brackets which would have attatched them to their side-stall or ride.
Excellent examples which have mercifully remained together after all these years!
