A wonderful piece of millinery history from Lewisham, South London, the large bentwood with it's original black signwriting to the front panel & retaining it's original lid & paper lining. A cracking thing, exceptionally original & a handy bit of storage.
Early 20th Century
Wear commensurate with age, very good overall, nice & solid with a couple of short sections of trim missing at the back of the lid which does nothing to detract.
