An antique taxidermy flamingo mask.
You think you've seen it all, then something like this shows up!
An extremely unusual mount, the only one of its kind I've ever come across, the sun bleached flamingo head with a comical tilt, mounted on a solid oak shield.
Early to mid 20th century
Wear commensurate with age, good overall. His neck is a little wobbly but he's absolutely fine on the wall! All species of flamingo are listed under CITES Appendix II so this item is available for UK shipping only.
