A beautiful & very rare large vintage enamel advertising sign for Fry's Chocolate. With 300 medals & by appointment to The King, Queen & Prince of Wales, this wonderful Fry's Chocolate sign has a lot going for it & displays beautifully! Likley made by Chromo of Wolverhampton & in a very thick blue on white enamel, the sign would look fantastic indoors or out & is one of the nicest chocolate related enamel signs I've come across in a long time!
1920's/30's.
Wear commensurate with age, overall excellent condition by comparison. These larger signs were almost exclusively used outdoors & it's very unusual to find one in this wonderful condition! It does however have a few small holes in the face, a few chips & another small worn through area on the top right corner.
This sign is large & heavy so collection is preferred & although too large for my regular courier, please do enquire if you need a delivery!
