Established in 2016 & specialising in interesting vintage, antique & very often unique period items including lighting, furniture & decorative pieces.
Supplying interior deorators, television & film companies, major retail outlets & individual collectors and buyers in the UK & beyond, taking a keen interest in old typography, curios of a bygone era and travel & retail related pieces.
While much of my business is conducted online, viewings are available by appointment so please don't hesitate to get in touch!
Orders & reservations can be made by email or over the telephone, personally I prefer a good old fashioned telephone conversation as it gives me a chance to run through your requirements & supply a detailed condition report where applicable.
All items are are available to view & collect at the address above & payments are accepted via bank transfer & cash. Bank to bank payments are my preferred method of payment & details can be requested via email or over the telephone. Invoices are be supplied via Email & payment is expected within 24 hours. I do NOT accept PayPal or card payments.
A 20% non refundable deposit will hold an item for a maximum of fourteen days, sold items will be stored free of charge for up to twenty eight days at which point they must be collected from our warehouse.
A tracked 24 courier service is available on smaller items which can be posted & we're happy to arrange private couriers on behalf of buyers for larger items where possible.
I always arrange shipping & dispatch promptly but if you have a deadline please do let me know & I'll do my very best work with you to ensure your order arrives on time.

If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item or you feel it has been misdescribed, please make contact immediately. Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis & given our propensity to sell industrial & time-worn items in original condition, I would urge buyers to fully satisfy themselves as to the items condition prior to purchase. I endeavor to describe all my items as accurately as possible & further images and detailed condition reports are always readily available whenever requested. Should a return be agreed, the buyer will be responsible for initial & return postage costs & a refund will be given once the item has arrived in the condition it was sent. A return request must be opened within 14 days & the item in question returned withing 14 days of the return being agreed. Sending returned goods via a tracked & signed for service & noting any tracking information is strongly advised.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returns.
Items are always available for collection / viewing in person & are shipped on behalf of the buyer when sent.
Items sent via private courier may be rejected apon delivery & at no point thereafter, all our couriers are instructed to allow a full inspection on delivery & to allow items to be rejected. These couriered items are always available for collection in person from our warehouse and are NOT subject to our usual 'online purchase' returns policy detailed below (this applies to items sent via the postal service as a physical inspection & rejection is not practical).
If a private courier is arranged by us, it is done so on behalf of the buyer & we accept no responsibility for damage or loss caused in transit once the item has left our premises.
Glass items are very rarely covered by postal services so we recommend these are collected in person or sent with a private courier.
Refunds for lost / damaged items sent via the postal service (not private courier) will not be issued until the carrier has has provided compensation & we will not act as an intermediary between buyers & private couriers in the event of a dispute.
We have an exemplary record when it comes to shipping & situations involving loss or damage are exceptionally rare.
As above, the period allowed for agreed returns is strictly limited to 14 days from the date of the initial delivery & this will not be extended under any circumstances. This means we will need to receive the item back within 14 days of it having been delivered to you in exactly the same condition in which it left our premises.
Unfortunately International returns are no longer accepted under any circumstances.
We do not & will not offer a buy back service.
I have a very near 100% customer satisfaction rate over six years in business & take this area of my work very seriously. This returns policy has been created primarily to protect my business from the very small group of individuals who have over the years elected to abuse their rights as consumers.

Viewings can be arranged Monday through Saturday by appointment but please do call ahead of making your visit to avoid dissapointment, I work alone & my job takes me all over the UK & beyond searching for stock so I'm not always on site!
